WestPeak Systems provides business consulting to owners and decision-makers. This policy explains what information we collect through westpeaksystems.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

It applies to information you submit through this website — including the consultation request form — and to any text messages we exchange with you.

Information You Provide

When you request a consultation we ask for your name, business name, email address, phone number, industry, the area you would like to focus on, and a description of what is happening in your business. Your name, email address, and message are the only required fields.

If you choose to receive text messages, we also record that you agreed, the date and time you agreed, and the exact consent language that was shown to you at that moment. We keep this record as evidence of consent.

Information Collected Automatically

Our hosting provider keeps standard technical request logs — such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — for security, reliability, and diagnosing errors. These logs are not used to build advertising profiles, and we do not run advertising or cross-site tracking on this site.

Text Messaging (SMS)

Our text messaging program is operated by WestPeak Systems. If you opt in, we use your mobile number to reply to your inquiry, coordinate and confirm appointments, and follow up about the work we discussed.

Message frequency varies and depends on the conversation. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at john@westpeaksystems.com or (352) 308-9130. Opting out of text messages does not affect your ability to reach us by email or phone, and it does not cancel any services.

Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of receiving a consultation or purchasing services.

Mobile Information Sharing

No mobile information — including phone numbers and text messaging opt-in data and consent — will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Opt-in data and consent are shared only with our messaging service providers and mobile carriers, and only as necessary to deliver the messages you requested. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.

Service Providers

We use service providers for website hosting, email delivery, and text message delivery. They receive only the information needed to perform those services and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Data Retention

We keep your inquiry and our correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and to maintain business records, then delete or de-identify it. Records showing that you consented to text messages are kept for as long as we send text messages to you, and afterward as required to demonstrate compliance.

Your Choices and Rights

You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop emailing you at any time.

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing john@westpeaksystems.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. We may need to keep certain records where the law requires it.

If you live in a state with its own consumer privacy law, you may have additional rights, including the right to know and the right to delete. We honor those requests for everyone who contacts us. We do not sell personal information, and we do not treat anyone differently for exercising these rights.

Security

We use standard safeguards, including encrypted connections and restricted access, to protect the information you send us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and revise the date shown at the top. Changes that affect text messaging will be described here before they take effect.
