WestPeak Systems provides business consulting: examining how a business actually operates, identifying what is working and what is not, and designing and implementing practical improvements.

Descriptions on this site are general. The specific work, deliverables, fees, and timeline of any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement.

Consultations and Inquiries

Requesting a consultation through this site is an inquiry, not a client relationship. No engagement exists, and no obligation is created for either side, until we both sign a written agreement.

Please provide accurate contact details so we can reach you. We will respond using the email address or phone number you give us.

Text Messaging Terms

These terms apply to the WestPeak Systems Text Messaging program. They are in addition to the rest of these terms and are written to meet mobile carrier requirements.

• Program: WestPeak Systems Text Messaging, operated by WestPeak Systems.
• How you opt in: by checking the text message consent box on our consultation form. You may also text us first. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, consultation, or service.
• Messages you will receive: replies to your inquiry, appointment scheduling and confirmations, and follow-ups about the work we discussed. We do not send promotional or marketing broadcasts to this list.
• Message frequency: varies, depending on the conversation.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply. WestPeak Systems does not charge for the messages themselves.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and then no further text messages.
• Help: reply HELP to any message, or contact john@westpeaksystems.com or (352) 308-9130.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: phone numbers and consent records are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. They are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Acceptable Use

Do not submit false information, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its records, or interfere with its operation.

Intellectual Property

The content, design, and branding on this site belong to WestPeak Systems and may not be copied or reused without permission. You are welcome to share links to our pages.

Third-Party Links

This site may link to outside websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
